Inner Directions, LLP
Inner Directions, LLP is a consulting and educational agency which Dave founded over 20 years ago and Vali joined 14 years ago. Dave and Vali are both Licensed Mental Health Counselors in Washington State, Certified Mediators, and Executive Coaches. They now live in Honolulu, Hawaii, where Dave works full-time, and from where Vali coaches when she is not traveling across the country and internationally on consultations and giving seminars and keynotes. They also have a business presence in Richland, Washington.
Vali provides and oversees a variety of consultations for businesses and agencies (see emotionalcontinuitymanagment.com website) and specializes in coaching CEO’s, executive management teams, and assisting companies prepare for and recover from a variety of traumas and disasters. In addition, she consults with businesses on corporate strategy and visioning, teambuilding, marketing, and philanthropy. She has provided seminars to corporations and nonprofits across the U.S. as well as internationally, training leaders in fields as diverse as Internal Auditors, Coroners, First Responders, Banking, Government, and Nonprofit Charitable Organizations. Keynote speeches and consultations have been provided to world-class organizations such as:
